Data collected

This website only collects personal data when you use the contact form: last name, first name, email address and the content of your message.

Why?

Only to reply to your request and, where relevant, to discuss your project. This data is never sold, shared or used for advertising.

Legal basis: steps taken at your request prior to a contract, and the legitimate interest in replying to messages received.

Who has access?

Only Loris Marangoni. The form is sent through the Web3Forms service, which forwards your message by email without using it for any other purpose.

How long?

Your messages are kept for as long as the exchange requires, and for a maximum of 3 years after the last contact, after which they are deleted.

Cookies and analytics

This website uses no advertising cookies and no analytics tools. It only stores, in your browser and for the duration of your visit, a technical setting containing no personal data (so the intro animation is not replayed and page transitions run smoothly).

Some content is loaded from third-party services, which receive your IP address in the process: the videos (Bunny Stream, European Union) and the fonts (Google Fonts). Links to Instagram or YouTube take you off this website and are subject to those platforms' own rules.

Your rights

Under the GDPR and the French Data Protection Act, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to, restrict and port your data. To exercise these rights, write to contact@marangoprod.com.
